Kitchen

Fridge, washing machine, dish washer and ancastre owen are exist in the kitchens.
Fresh water and used water
Fresh and used water installment will be manufactured with PVC pipes. Fresh water installment will be designed by a BOYLER that is bounded to the solar energy system and this will be heated up for using in the kitchen, bathroom and WC.
Stairs
The stairs are produced with coverage of massive and lamine on MDF. Stair gunwales and pillars are wooden massive.
Floor Material
Livingroom, kitchen, WC, bathroom, terrace and verandas are made by ceramic; and bedrooms and corridors are made by laminate parquet.
Heating and Cooling
Heating and cooling system will be provided by fancoilheappump air-condition system.
Bathroom
The cupboard and wash-stands are produced from marble bench which are installed on a wooden fabric as hilton type. The floor and the walls, that are exposed to water, are made by ceramic. Other wall surfaces are made by vinyl paper.
Doors
The outside door is fiber or made by steel which seems as wooden. The inside doors are American panel door.
Electrical equipments
Electrical installment will be designed with non-additional cables from mainfuse to energy starting point which are located in the spirel pipes. Current relay will be put into the system.
Washing machine case
On the first floor, a special cupboard, which has fresh and used water installation, is designed for washing, drying machines and ironing boards.
There is a private parking lot in each garden. A private swimming pool could be build. The site is controlled 24 hours by a private security company. A swimming pool and children’s playground will be built that all the owners can benefit. Each house will be consigned after all the productions are completed and became ready for living in. Exterior Material
Inside of the ourside walls there are full of 16 cm thick of fiberglass and exterior coverage which is on OSB with steam and moisture holding and also made by cement basal fibercement siding material and it is painted with exterior dye.
The roof material
The roof surface is consist of 12 mm OSB and its upper surface is covered with shingle which has 2 mm water isolation.
Windows
These are PVC and twin-glasses.
